KPPMS organisation is now able to extend its services to provide an increasingly comprehensive package of seamless integrated project management services to the global engineering community. To meet our objectives our personnel are multi-skilled, involving all the disciplines of engineering, procurement, materials and documentation control, QA/QC inspection and logistics. Indeed these multi-functional capabilities place KPPMS in the forefront of our industry peers as we set added value standards that others follow. Many of our personnel have come from the very industries that we serve, and are qualified to a high professional standard with wide and varied international experience.

As a result of our growth the company has moved to new headquarters at Metheringham, Lincoln UK, and restructured into five new divisions to improve overall management control, and to facilitate any urgent requirement to mobilise personnel to new locations at short notice.

The provision of operational personnel; whether on an individual basis or as part of an integrated team,
will be managed from Metheringham under the umbrella of a Project Team to ensure that all our clients' requirements are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

Our clear objective is to provide exactly what our clients require, both in the calibre of staff and secondment timing to individual projects, recognising that each project moves through specific phases when personnel may be required, or need to be remobilised at short notice to complete specific tasks. These requirements will be the responsibility of our Operations Division who will maintain regular contact with our in-house Project Manager.

Where practicable, and acceptable to our client we propose to operate under an integrated team concept. As an integrated team, with a common objective, we all have a vested interest in the success of the project. This is the most cost effective use of manpower and available expertise, and leads to an improved responsiveness to potential delays in approval cycles and general project execution.
